MATURATION/DISTILLATION
This handmade Organic Añejo Tequila is aged to perfection in American oak for a minimum of a year, before finishing in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for several months. The resulting Añejo is then carefully filtered to achieve a crystal-clear color with a superb flavor.
