The Gran Centenario answer to the French 75. This version is beautifully floral with light gingery spice, all balanced out with vanilla, oak, and uplifting bubbles.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Gran Centenario® Cristalino
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Ginger Syrup
- 1 drops Rose Water
- Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Garnishes
- 1 Lime Wheel
- 1 Rose Petal or Edible Flower

Instructions
- 1. Combine Gran Centenario Cristalino, lime juice, ginger syrup, and rose water in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 2. Shake quickly and strain into a champagne flute.
- 3. Top with champagne and garnish with a lime wheel and rose petal (or other edible flower as desired).
