Chamomile Tequila HighballCopy
A Tequila Collins infused with soft floral and honey flavors, with subtle notes of saffron and apple, and a long and silky finish with just a hint of spice.

Ingredients
- 1.75 oz Cuervo® Tradicional® Añejo
- 0.5 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Chamomile Syrup *
- Soda Water
Garnishes
- 1 Chamomile Flower Sprig, or other Edible Flower

Instructions
- 1. Add Jose Cuervo Tradicional Añejo, lemon juice, and chamomile syrup to a cocktail shaker.
- 2. Shake briefly with ice.
- 3. Strain into highball glass with fresh ice.
- 4. Top with soda water.
- 5. Garnish with a sprig of edible flowers.
- * Chamomile Syrup: add 2 chamomile bags to 1 cup boiling water in a heat proof container. Add in a pinch of saffron as well, if desired. Leave to infuse for thirty minutes. After steeped, remove tea bags and strain out the saffron. Add 1 cup sugar and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Refrigerate until needed.
