Ingredients
- 2 oz Stranahan's® Blue Peak
- 1 oz Chai-infused Sweet Vermouth *
- 0.25 dashes Maraschino Liqueur
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Garnishes
- 1 Grapefruit Twist

Instructions
- 1. Pour Stranahan's® Blue Peak, chai-infused vermouth, maraschino liqueur, and bitters to a mixing glass.
- 2. Add ice and stir gently.
- 3. Strain into a coupe glass.
- 4. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
- * Chai Infused Sweet Vermouth: Add 2 teaspoons of chai spices to 4oz of sweet vermouth and let sit for 10-20 minutes to steep. Then finely strain.
