Ingredients
- 2 oz 1800® Coconut
- 0.25 oz Homemade Ginger Juice *
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Soda Water
Garnishes
- 1 Mint Sprig
- 1 Candied Ginger Slice

Instructions
- 1. Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker.
- 2. Shake well.
- 3. Strain into ice-filled highball glass.
- 4. Top with soda water.
- 5. Garnish with mint sprig and ginger candy.
- * Ginger Juice: Use a juicer or blender to blend small chunks of ginger root with a small amount of water.
