An Irish Espresso Martini with rich notes of cacao, baking spice, and concentrated coffee. An indulgent sip perfect for a nightcap by the fire.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Bushmills® Original Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Fresh Espresso
- 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup *
- 2 dashes Walnut Bitters
Garnishes
- 3 Coffee Beans

Instructions
- 1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker full of ice.
- 2. Shake vigorously.
- 3. Strain into cocktail coupe.
- 4. Garnish with coffee beans.
- * Cinnamon Syrup: Boil 8 crushed cinnamon sticks in 1.5 cups water for 15 minutes on high to make a strongly steeped cinnamon tea. This should reduce down to about 1 cup water. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove cinnamon bark. Add 1 cup sugar to the strained liquid and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Refrigerate.
