  • Ingredients

    • 2 oz Bushmills® Original Irish Whiskey
    • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
    • 1 oz Fresh Espresso
    • 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup *
    • 2 dashes Walnut Bitters

    Garnishes

    • 3 Coffee Beans
  • Instructions

    • 1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker full of ice.
    • 2. Shake vigorously.
    • 3. Strain into cocktail coupe.
    • 4. Garnish with coffee beans.
  • * Cinnamon Syrup: Boil 8 crushed cinnamon sticks in 1.5 cups water for 15 minutes on high to make a strongly steeped cinnamon tea. This should reduce down to about 1 cup water. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove cinnamon bark. Add 1 cup sugar to the strained liquid and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Refrigerate.
