  • Ingredients

    • 2 oz Bushmills® Prohibition Recipe
    • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
    • 8 Mint Leaves

    Garnishes

    • 1 Mint Sprig
    • 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • Instructions

    • 1. Add mint leaves to a julep glass or highball glass and muddle gently.
    • 2. Add Bushmills Prohibition and simple syrup to your glass and top with pebble ice or crushed ice.
    • 3. Add more ice to overfill the glass, creating a mound above the rim.
    • 4. Top with Peychaud's bitters and garnish with mint sprig.
