  • Ingredients

    • 1.5 oz 1800® Cristalino
    • 0.25 oz Lime Juice
    • 0.50 oz Grapefruit Juice
    • 0.50 oz Simple Syrup
    • 2 oz Sparkling Wine

    Garnishes

    • Thyme Salt
    • Grapefruit Peel
  • Instructions

    • 1. Wet rim of cocktail coupe with grapefruit juice and dip into a mix of salt and dried thyme.
    • 2. Add all ingredients except wine into a shaker with ice.
    • 3. Shake vigorously.
    • 4. Strain into a cocktail coupe.
    • 5. Top with sparkling wine.
    • 6. Garnish with fresh thyme sprig and grapefruit slice.
