INGREDIENTS
1 oz Bushmills Original
0.15 oz Irish honey syrup
2 dashes Orange bitters
Garnish: orange peel & luxardo cherry -
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Add a dash of orange bitters and a dash of agave.
- Stir until fully incorporated.
- Strain into rocks glass with large ice cubes.
- Garnish with orange peel and a cherry.
CLASSIC IRISH COFFEE
Add a hearty pour of Bushmills Original to a warm cup of your favorite blend for a drink that’s so delicious, it’ll turn you into a morning person.

1 oz Bushmills® Original Irish Whiskey
0.5 oz Demerara syrup
4 oz Sumatra coffee
Fresh whipped cream -
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour whiskey and demerara syrup into a 6 oz georgian Irish coffee glass.
- Stir well to combine.
- Next, pour in hot Sumatra coffee leaving a ½ inch of room for cream.
- Top with freshly whipped heavy cream.
JUICY LIE
Refreshing citrus and pineapple pairs perfectly with our smoothest, most approachable single malt whiskey, Bushmills 10-Year.

1.5 oz Bushmills 10-Year
5 oz Grapefruit soda squeeze of lime
1 oz Pineapple juice
Garnish: lime wheel -
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour Bushmills 10-Year, grapefruit soda, and a squeeze of lime into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Give it a light stir—no shaking!
- Then, pour the pineapple juice onto a bar spoon on top of the cocktail (floating) to create the ombre look.
- Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim and serve.
