A classic Irish Coffee that's strong, hot, and topped with fresh cream.

Ingredients
- 1.5 part Bushmills® Original Irish Whiskey
- 0.5 part Demerara Syrup
- 3 parts Sumatra coffee
Garnishes
- Fresh Whipped Cream

Instructions
- 1. Fill a Georgian Irish Coffee glass or heat safe mug with hot water to warm the glass. Let sit for 2 minutes, then discard the water.
- 2. Pour Bushmills whiskey and demerara syrup into your warmed glass and then top with hot Sumatra coffee, leaving ½ inch space in the glass for cream.
- 3. Stir well to combine.
- 4. Top with freshly whipped heavy cream.
