  • Ingredients

    • 2 oz 400 Conejos® Espadín
    • 2 slices Cucumber
    • 1 oz Lime Juice
    • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup

    Garnishes

    • 1 Cucumber Slice
    • 1 Lemon Verbena Leaf
  • Instructions

    • 1. Wet the rim of your rocks glass with a lime wedge and cover with Tajín seasoning (if desired).
    • 2. Muddle 2 cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker.
    • 3. Add 400 Conejos, lime juice, and simple syrup to shaker with ice.
    • 4. Garnish with a cucumber slice and lemon verbena leaf.
