Ingredients
- 2 oz 400 Conejos® Espadín
- 2 slices Cucumber
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
Garnishes
- 1 Cucumber Slice
- 1 Lemon Verbena Leaf

Instructions
- 1. Wet the rim of your rocks glass with a lime wedge and cover with Tajín seasoning (if desired).
- 2. Muddle 2 cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker.
- 3. Add 400 Conejos, lime juice, and simple syrup to shaker with ice.
- 4. Garnish with a cucumber slice and lemon verbena leaf.
