Ingredients
- 2 oz Bushmills® Prohibition Recipe
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 8 Mint Leaves
Garnishes
- 1 Mint Sprig
- 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Instructions
- 1. Add mint leaves to a julep glass or highball glass and muddle gently.
- 2. Add Bushmills Prohibition and simple syrup to your glass and top with pebble ice or crushed ice.
- 3. Add more ice to overfill the glass, creating a mound above the rim.
- 4. Top with Peychaud's bitters and garnish with mint sprig.
