A spicy Paloma made with fresh jalapeños and grapefruit juice with a smoky mesquite wood finish.
  • Ingredients

    • 1.5 oz Creyente® Mezcal Joven
    • 1-2 Thin Slices of Jalapeño
    • 2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
    • 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
    • Soda Water

    Garnishes

    • 1 Jalapeno Slice
    • 1 Grapefruit Wedge
  • Instructions

    • 1. Muddle the jalapeño slices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
    • 2. Add Creyente mezcal, grapefruit juice, and agave syrup (or simple syrup).
    • 3. Shake and double-strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
    • 4. Top with club soda.
    • 5. Garnish with a jalapeño slice and/or grapefruit wedge.
