A slightly sweet, but earthy and refreshing whiskey punch that has a hint of mint and pineapple giving it a bit of a tropical feel.
  • Ingredients

    • 2 oz Stranahan's Blue Peak
    • 1 oz Chilled Hibiscus Tea
    • -2.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
    • 0.5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
    • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
    • 6 Leaves Fresh Mint

    Garnishes

    • 1 Mint Sprig
    • 1 Lime Wheel
  • Instructions

    • 1. Combine Stranahan's Blue Peak, hibiscus tea, lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
    • 2. Shake and strain into highball glass filled with ice.
    • 3. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
