- 4 oz Sparkling Wine
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.25 oz Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Monin Lavender Syrup
Garnishes
- Orange Blossom Water
- Lemon Twist

Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- 2. Strain into a wine glass with ice.
- 3. Top with sparkling wine.
- 4. Express the lemon peel over the drink.
- 5. Finish with 2 small drops or sprays of orange blossom water.
