A spicy Paloma made with fresh jalapeños and grapefruit juice with a smoky mesquite wood finish.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Creyente® Mezcal Joven
- 1-2 Thin Slices of Jalapeño
- 2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
- Soda Water
Garnishes
- 1 Jalapeno Slice
- 1 Grapefruit Wedge

Instructions
- 1. Muddle the jalapeño slices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- 2. Add Creyente mezcal, grapefruit juice, and agave syrup (or simple syrup).
- 3. Shake and double-strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
- 4. Top with club soda.
- 5. Garnish with a jalapeño slice and/or grapefruit wedge.
