A slightly sweet, but earthy and refreshing whiskey punch that has a hint of mint and pineapple giving it a bit of a tropical feel.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Stranahan's Blue Peak
- 1 oz Chilled Hibiscus Tea
- -2.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 6 Leaves Fresh Mint
Garnishes
- 1 Mint Sprig
- 1 Lime Wheel

Instructions
- 1. Combine Stranahan's Blue Peak, hibiscus tea, lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 2. Shake and strain into highball glass filled with ice.
- 3. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
