2 oz Proper No. Twelve®
1 oz Irish cream
4 oz Iced coffee
Dash of fee foam or egg white
Garnish: Coffee beans -
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a shaker add Irish cream, iced coffee, Proper No. Twelve® and a dash of egg white
- Add ice and shake
- Strain over ice into a martini glass
- Garnish with a coffee beans
PROPER ORCHARD MULE
An Irish combo punch of ginger beer, lime juice and proper irish apple.

0.5 oz Simple syrup
5 oz Ginger beer
Splash of cranberry

- Add ice to copper mug

INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to mixing glass
