A cranberry flavored Mule with the heat of fresh ginger. A good drink for holiday celebrations.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz 1800® Añejo
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Cranberry Syrup *
- 0.75 oz Pear Nectar
- Ginger Beer
Garnishes
- 3 Slices Fresh Ginger
- 8-10 Cranberries

Instructions
- 1. Muddle 2-3 discs of fresh ginger and 8-10 fresh cranberries in a Mule glass.
- 2. Combine remaining ingredients in the glass and add crushed ice.
- 3. Top with ginger beer and stir all components gently.
- 4. Garnish with a few fresh cranberries and a torched rosemary stalk.
- 5. Optional: sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
- * Cranberry Syrup: Muddle 1 cup cranberries in small saucepan. Then add 1.5 cups water and boil for 10 minutes on high heat. This should reduce to about 1 cup cranberry tea. Strain through fine mesh strainer to remove berries and add 1 cup sugar. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Bottle and refrigerate.
