A cranberry flavored Mule with the heat of fresh ginger. A good drink for holiday celebrations.
  • Ingredients

    • 1.5 oz 1800® Añejo
    • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
    • 0.5 oz Cranberry Syrup *
    • 0.75 oz Pear Nectar
    • Ginger Beer

    Garnishes

    • 3 Slices Fresh Ginger
    • 8-10 Cranberries
  • Instructions

    • 1. Muddle 2-3 discs of fresh ginger and 8-10 fresh cranberries in a Mule glass.
    • 2. Combine remaining ingredients in the glass and add crushed ice.
    • 3. Top with ginger beer and stir all components gently.
    • 4. Garnish with a few fresh cranberries and a torched rosemary stalk.
    • 5. Optional: sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
  • * Cranberry Syrup: Muddle 1 cup cranberries in small saucepan. Then add 1.5 cups water and boil for 10 minutes on high heat. This should reduce to about 1 cup cranberry tea. Strain through fine mesh strainer to remove berries and add 1 cup sugar. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Bottle and refrigerate.
