Ingredients
- 2 oz Gran Centenario® Cristalino
- 5 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
- 1 Rosemary Sprig
- 1 Sugar Cube
Garnishes

Instructions
- 1. Smoke a rocks glass by holding a fresh rosemary sprig to flame until it begins to smoke. Set the smoking rosemary sprig on a heat proof plate and cover with your rocks glass. Leave your glass to smoke while you prepare your cocktail.
- 2. In a mixing glass, muddle the sugar cube with your other rosemary sprig and bitters.
- 3. Add Cristalino and ice to mixing glass and stir until chilled.
- 4. Strain your cocktail into your rosemary-smoked rocks glass over one large ice cube. 5. Garnish the drink with the rosemary sprig you used for smoking the glass and an expressed orange peel.
