A New York Sour, with pear and cardamom, that's a little dry and savory with nutty, citrusy, and red fruit flavors.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Great Jones™ Straight Bourbon
- 1 oz Pear Puree
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 dash Cardamom bitters
Garnishes
- 1 Bourbon Poached Maraschino Cherry
- 1 oz Dry Red Wine Float

Instructions
- 1. Combine Great Jones Straight Bourbon, pear puree, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker.
- 2. Fill shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
- 3. Strain into an ice-filled, fancy double rocks glass.
- 4. Gently pour the red wine on top of the drink, over the back of a bar spoon, to help evenly distribute and create a float.
- 5. Garnish with a bourbon-poached maraschino cherry.
