A grapefruit forward Paloma variation that's berry tinted with earthy, peppery, citrusy notes of sage.
  • Ingredients

    • 1.5 oz Gran Centenario® Plata
    • 1 oz Sage Simple Syrup *
    • 1 oz Cranberry Juice
    • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
    • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
    • Grapefruit Soda

    Garnishes

    • 1 Grapefruit Slice
    • 1 Sage Leaf
  • Instructions

    • 1. Combine Gran Centenario Plata, sage syrup, cranberry, grapefruit, and lime into cocktail shaker.
    • 2. Add ice and shake briefly.
    • 3. Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
    • 4. Top with grapefruit soda.
    • 5. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a sage leaf that you've clapped between your hands.
  • * Sage Simple Syrup: Rough chop or hand tear 1 sprig of fresh sage and add to 1 cup boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup sugar while still warm and stir until sugar is completely dissolved and let steep another 10 minutes. Strain out sage and refrigerate.
