A chocolate laced version of a whiskey espresso martini with a vanilla finish. If you're lacking ice at base camp, this makes a delicious hot drink as well.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Stranahan's Blue Peak
- 0.5 oz Chocolate Liqueur or Dark Crème de Cacao
- 1 oz Espresso
- 0.5 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup *
Garnishes
- 1 Toasted Marshmallow

Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- 2. Add ice and shake vigorously.
- 3. Strain into coupe glass.
- 4. Garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
- * Vanilla Syrup: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan, then add a vanilla bean that's been split open and lower heat to low. Let simmer for 10 minutes and then add 1 cup sugar. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Set aside and let cool, but do not strain. Refrigerate.
