An easy drinking, tiki-style tequila punch made with fresh cinnamon.

Ingredients
- 2 oz 1800® Reposado
- 0.25 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Cinnamon Bark Syrup *
- 0.5 oz Orange Juice
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 Splash of Grenadine
Garnishes
- Pineapple Frond
- Grated Cinnamon

Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients except grenadine into cocktail shaker.
- 2. Shake vigorously.
- 3. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
- 4. Add a splash of grenadine.
- 5. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and grated cinnamon.
- * Cinnamon Syrup: Boil 8 crushed cinnamon sticks in 1.5 cups water for 15 minutes on high to make a strongly steeped cinnamon tea. This should reduce down to about 1 cup water. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Add 1 cup sugar to the strained liquid and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Bottle and refrigerate.
