Spicy Cucumber Lime MargaritaCopy
A bright green and vegetal Margarita with the heat of jalapeño and the refreshing crispy and cooling flavors of cucumber.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Gran Centenario® Reposado
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz Cucumber Juice
- 0.75 oz Jalapeño Syrup *
Garnishes
- 1 Cucumber Spear
- Coarse Salt

Instructions
- 1. Wet the rim of your rocks glass with lime juice and coat with coarse salt.
- 2. Add Gran Centenario Reposado, lime juice, cucumber juice, and jalapeño syrup to cocktail shaker.
- 3. Shake vigorously with ice.
- 4. Strain into your salt rimmed rocks glass over fresh ice.
- 5. Garnish with cucumber spear.
- * Jalapeno Syrup: Cut 1 jalapeño pepper in half, and remove the seeds and pith. Slice or roughly chop the pepper and add to 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil on medium high heat for 10 minutes. Use a fine mesh strainer to remove the pepper and transfer the liquid to a heat safe container. Add 1 cup sugar and stir until dissolved. Refrigerate.
